Terms of Service
Governing conditions for distributor evaluation, technical datasheet access, B2B sample acquisitions, and commercial communications with PINSUNLUX LED LIGHT BLUB.
1. Acceptance & Permitted Website Use
By browsing, accessing, or utilizing any component of this website, you confirm that you are representing a business entity, trade organization, electrical wholesale establishment, or qualified procurement professional. Access is granted subject to uninterrupted compliance with these Terms.
Permitted Use: Users are permitted to review technical specifications, compare retrofit lamp base pin configurations (such as GX23, G23, G24q, GX24, and GU24 series), download CAD dimensional outlines, and request commercial pricing tiers or product samples.
Restricted Conduct: You agree not to:
- Deploy automated web scrapers, data extraction scripts, or indexing bots to mass-harvest BOM structures, technical drawings, or proprietary compatibility tables.
- Attempt unauthorized penetration of backend quotation portals, sample tracking interfaces, or connected supply chain management endpoints.
- Misrepresent corporate identity, purchasing authority, or trade certification during commercial inquiry registration.
2. Intellectual Property & Technical Assets
All structural designs, custom injection mold specifications, CAD schematics, dimensional diagrams, optical lens layouts, driver topologies, photometric data, and graphic assets displayed on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of PINSUNLUX LED LIGHT BLUB or its manufacturing entities.
Limited Distributor Evaluation License
Registered distributors and wholesale partners are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to utilize our published product datasheets and dimensional drawings solely for end-client specification, architectural submittals, and retrofit project approvals.
Custom private label (OEM/ODM) tooling, proprietary tooling geometries, and specialized internal firmware architectures developed under bilateral development agreements remain governed by individual supply agreements and non-disclosure covenants.
3. Technical Data & Compatibility Disclaimers
Niche LED replacement lamps (including 2-pin G23/GX23 and 4-pin G24q/GX24 series) operate within complex legacy electrical ecosystems. While we provide comprehensive technical guidelines, dimensional blueprints, and ballast compatibility matrices, the following caveats apply:
Type A vs. Type B Bypass
Direct plug-and-play operation (Type A) depends strictly on ballast model and age. Ballast-bypass installations (Type B / direct-wire 120-277V) must be executed by licensed electricians in accordance with local electrical codes.
Fixture Clearance & Orientation
Physical fit inside existing commercial recessed cans, sconces, or enclosed luminaires must be verified prior to volume ordering. Horizontal vs. vertical mounting geometries require exact dimensional checks.
* Technical documentation, photometrics (LM-79/LM-80 references), and wiring guides are offered for engineering guidance only. Field verification with physical samples is strongly recommended before commercial mass installation.
4. B2B Quotes, Samples & Ordering Rules
Information submitted through website quote forms, sample request portals, or technical inquiry boxes transitions to our formal commercial sales process governed by the following operating parameters:
- Quotation Validity: 7 Calendar Days from Issue
- Standard Product MOQ: No MOQ (1-5 pcs tiered pricing available)
- Private Label (OEM) Minimum: 500 units per single model
- Commercial Production Terms: 30% Deposit / 70% Balance prior to dispatch
5. External Portals & Marketplace References
For distributor validation and market acceptance review, this website may reference or link to our verified brand listings on U.S. consumer marketplaces (such as Amazon U.S.), external testing laboratory registries, and regulatory body databases (FCC, CE, RoHS).
These references exist solely to demonstrate verified track records, customer reviews, and regulatory compliance. PINSUNLUX LED LIGHT BLUB does not control the independent terms, privacy practices, or operational availability of external third-party portals.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable commercial law, PINSUNLUX LED LIGHT BLUB, its directors, manufacturing subsidiaries, and engineers shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from project delays, commercial downtime, or labor charges during field lamp installation.
- Damage resulting from improper wiring (such as connecting direct-wire Type B lamps across live magnetic or electronic ballasts without bypass).
- Supply chain disruptions resulting from force majeure events, international maritime freight delays, or customs clearance holds.
7. Warranty Scope & Boundary Conditions
Standard LED retrofit lamps carry a 2-year limited manufacturer's warranty commencing on the documented bill of lading dispatch date.
Warranty Exclusions: This warranty is null and void if failure arises from improper voltage supply, incorrect ballast bypass wiring, unauthorized disassembly or driver modification, mechanical abuse, or operation beyond rated thermal envelope specifications (-20°C to +45°C ambient).
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and all associated commercial pre-contractual negotiations shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable international commercial trade law and manufacturing jurisdiction regulations, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Any unresolved commercial dispute shall first undergo formal executive mediation. If unresolved within thirty (30) business days, disputes shall be submitted to binding commercial arbitration.
